Well-known for their exceptional service and outstanding furniture of the highest quality, Harrows wants nothing less from their new Powder-coating system. Egmont Air worked the magic to provide a powder-coating system that would deliver results better than Harrows could imagine!
Egmont’s new system features a counter-interlocking panel system which makes the oven incredibly efficient and almost eliminates thermal loss. The heavy-density insulation and panel system means less energy is required to maintain set-point temperatures and the energy consumption is minimised.
Yet the booth features 190kw of LPG gas power and can quickly heat to any set-point temperature, a modulating burner provides accurate control of heat to within 0.1-degree centigrade while operating at 200°C and this also provides considerable savings of energy over traditional hi/lo burner systems.
