Having recently relocated to a new 6000m2 factory with an automated production line, the Hallmark Directors wanted a specialist extraction system that would guarantee maximum suction and a clean factory.

Egmont Air, specialists in dust & fume extraction were engaged to design and build a custom extraction system that would suit Hallmarks’ new factory. High-production CNC and Sanding machines require optimum levels of suction to ensure production outputs are maintained, even during shift work, and also to ensure machines can perform properly, eliminating re-work.

The Egmont System features automatically variable airflow and suction rates depending on which machines are operating, and an automated filter-cleaning system that monitors filter conditions according to dust-loading and operating pressure. “This provides a massive saving in power and makes our factory super efficient” comments Mr Archer.
